Classes Cancellations:

• In order to be fair to your fellow students and due to class size limits we ask that you reschedule a class AT LEAST 4 HOURS PRIOR to the class start time in order to not forfiet credit for that class if you are unable to attend. If you do not reschedule within this period or you are a no-show to the class, you will lose the class and the payment of it.   This is to allow enough time for someone else to get the spot in class.  Canceling and rescheduling is easy in the purple Wellness Living app!  Just click on the dots next to the class and press cancel.
• No refunds.

These policies are out of kindness to your fellow students.  When a students doesn't show that eliminates that spot for someone else to take.  

• You must be at least 18 years old with a valid state issued ID to verify.
• From the moment you arrive/enter at the property you are arriving/entering sole and completely at your own risk and you are assuming all risks and you are responsible for your own safety.  
• NO SICK STUDENTS ALLOWED.  If you have symptoms of illness including but not limited to cough, fever, runny nose, etc. DO NOT COME TO CLASS.
• If you have questions or concerns, it is your responsibility to ask and get clarification first.
• No one under the age of 18 allowed.
• Some classes with have up to 2 students per pole.  Be aware of your surroundings an each other.  Be courteous.  
• Only those signed up for class are allowed.  No observers. 
• Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted on the property Students under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate in class and will forfeit their class and will be asked to leave.
• Black lights are used in the studio.  It is your responsibility to tell the instructor if these are detrimental to you.
• Any  medical conditions and injuries a student has that could/will affect his or her safety MUST be reported to the instructor before class.  It is also your responsibility to consult your qualified medical professional about any concerns you have.  
• If a student that incurs an injury during class or on while on the property must immediately report the injury to the instructor.
• Students must abide by skill ability rules.  All students must receive permission prior to inverting/climbing/performing difficult movements.
• All students must be respectful to all students and the instructor.  
• If you don't feel comfortable or safe with a maneuver please let the instructor know to accommodate you.  
• Bruises are extremely common and should be expected. 
• No nudity allowed.

• Only those signed up for class are allowed.  No observers. 
• You are highly encouraged to share video and photos of yourself at Chrome Athletics. 
•  The use of photography and video to track your progress, review your moves and share on social media is highly encouraged!
• You may film yourself during designated times during class and ABSOLUTELY get permission to film the instructor and/or other students.
• Chrome Athletics reserves the right to share pictures and videos on social media and/or repost student content.

Like all of you, I don’t enjoy being sick.  That being said, here are the disease precautions already in place.  

Floors are cleaned with disinfectant after each day of classes.

If you don't feel safe attending class there are  private individual/group lessons are available.    

Please use the restroom, wash your hands, and fill up your water bottle before arriving.  

You may bring your own disinfectant to spray on your items when you leave.   

The poles are all about 8 feet apart.  Isopropyl alcohol 70% minimum is used to spray the poles and your body.   

At least one medical grade air purifier is in use during class time and air is being circulated. 

If you feel sick, or “off” don’t come.  Don’t wait until the last minute.  You must reschedule at least 4 hours before the start time of your class. 

Don't come if you have any symptoms that could spread any diseases.
